… feeling fairly awful wrt myself lately.
I know what I have to do to shake it off, but I can’t summon up the strength to do it, yet.
I am feeling pretty sad and lame and unattractive and I currently can’t fit into most of my excellent wardrobe and I’m SO unfit that everything is exhausting and I’m so embarrassed by myself.
There was a time in my life where I took a huge step forward in terms of loving me for me and then over the past couple of years I’ve secretly taken maybe twenty steps back with my eyes closed, and I’ve only just recently opened my eyes again.
